Where can I buy Al’s Beauty products?

You may purchase directly from our website or through our Brand Representatives.

 

How do I apply my promotion code?

To redeem a promotion, simply enter the code you received in the box titled "Promo Code" during the checkout process. Please note only one offer code can be applied per order.

What if I am having trouble ordering from your online store?

How long will offers on AlsBeauty.net be available?

Some of our offers are only valid for a limited time. But we're always adding great new offers to our site, so make sure to check back often.

Do you send order confirmations?

Yes, we automatically send you an email confirmation of your order. In addition, we will send you another email confirmation after your order has shipped. If you have not received your confirmation, please double check the email address you provided.

 

How long do orders take to be shipped out?

Orders take 2-3 working days to be delivered.

Does Al's Beauty offer international shipping?

Yes. Al's Beauty offers international shipping. Shipping rates may apply.

Is shipping free?

Free shipping applies only to all domestic orders in Singapore above $50. Shipping rates apply to international orders.

Can I cancel, exchange or return my order? 

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction when shopping with Al's Beauty. 

We accept cancellations only on Orders that have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once your Order has left the warehouse, we are unable to cancel it. 

 

You may request for return of purchased Product(s) at any time within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Product(s) only if you have received an item wrongly delivered by Al’s Beauty. With respect to return-related matters, should any conflict arise between relevant laws and regulations and these terms and conditions, the relevant laws and regulations shall prevail over the terms and conditions suggested by Al's Beauty. 

 

To perform a return, please email sales@alsbeauty.net explaining and indicating the wrongly issued product with your order number and attach an image of the wrong item. Our customer service representative will get back to you within 3-5  working days.

 

For Singapore customers, if the returned Product(s) meet the return requirements, you will receive a confirmation email from us to make arrangements on the preferred date and time to collect the Product(s) from you. 

 

Upon receiving the return Product(s), Al's Beauty will proceed to process the refund back to you via the original payment method. Once the refund has been successfully made, you will receive a refund confirmation email. 

The estimated time processing time for a refund is 3 weeks. 

Please be advised that the return Product(s) must meet the following conditions before the return is accepted and the refund is processed:

  •        Product(s) must be returned to us within 14 days from the date receiving your Order.

  •       Items purchased as part of a promotional set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

  •       Any Gift(s) with Purchase must also be returned if it is included in the purchase.

  •       Shipping costs are non-refundable.
